How can I order:

Place you order by adding your selected item into the shopping cart. You can find our products in our Webshop . 


Place your chosen items in your shopping cart by clicking on 'add to cart'. Then click on 'order' if you would like to order. If you want to add more into your shopping cart then click on 'continue shopping'. Click on your shopping cart at the top right, click on order, and check whether all your chosen items are in your shopping cart. Checked? Then go to 'order'.

Choose one of the 3 options; *Continue without an account(if you would like to order once), * Create an account(if you would like to order more often), *Log in(if you already have an account). Select and click on 'next'. Enter your personal details and check whether you have entered your name and address correctly! Click on 'next', Then select the payment method. Then check the terms and conditions and when want to continue and you agree, select de box of terms and conditions. Double check your order and confirm your order by paying. Paypal will send you to the Paypal log in to make the payment. If you have selected bank transfer in  advanced, pay the amount to the details on the next page.

How can I pay?

The payment methods are currently only by bank transfer in advanced or through PayPal.

Can i return/ exchange my order?


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days. The product must be unused(unopened) in orginal packaging and unscratched. Damaged or used products are not eligible for exchange or refund. Our returns department will carefully review each product individually. If you return or exchange products you should fill in the return / exchange form and include it with your return. During our hygiene protocol it isn't possible to return or exchange earrings.

Are there any costs involved in returning the goods?

The return is at your own risk and expense. Sewrachdai Handmade Gifts is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
